Weekends and Holidays
Most atracciones stay open on Saturdays and Sundays with extended hours, often until 6:00 pm. They typically close on Christmas Day, Thanksgiving, and New Year Day. Saturdays during harvest (September-October) are the busiest of the year, so book at least three weeks ahead.
Best Time of Day to Visit
The first morning slot, between 10:00 and 11:30 am, is when your palate is most sensitive and tasting rooms are calmest. Lunch breaks lift crowds again from 1:00 pm. Late afternoon (after 3:30 pm) often feels relaxed, with golden light over the vines.
